Emma Willard School Website Redesign

The Emma Willard School, often referred to as “Emma” is a high profile all girls prep and boarding school that’s located in upstate New York. Like most of the historic institutions that I’ve crossed paths with, Emma was very much looking to shed their dated appearance and reputation and replace it with a far more updated web presence that matched their already updated print collateral and branding.

Emma’s homepage is jam packed with information about the school, doubling down trying to capture prospective families in their market. It was a challenge to present all of their desired content in both a clear hierarchy and in a clean and consistent manner.
